In a Southeastern Beverage Education class, you can expect interactive learning, wine samples that represent the ideal example of what you should taste, and careful responses to your myriad questions throughout the course. You will learn a lot in the time we have together in a fun, engaging atmosphere.

WSET Level 1 Wines
The Level 1 Award in Wines In-Person class will take place in Nashville, TN over the course of one day from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
The location is the Nashville Wine Auction Office: 2416 21st Avenue South, Suite 101 Nashville, TN 37212
The exam will take place in the last hour of class.
The Total Qualification Time for the Level 1 Award in Wines is a minimum 6 hours, which includes 45 minutes for the exam. All this takes place in our classroom the day of the class.
REFUNDS: Payments in full are due at the time of registration for the course, payable through the website. All courses are non-refundable, but you may transfer to another class up to three (3) weeks before the START of the course, and secure a spot in another course for no additional charge. WSET Level 2 Wines
This Level 2 Award in Wines In-Person class will be held over the course of 3 days from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm each day on the following dates: June 5, 6 and 7, 2026, with the exam at the end of the day on June 7, 2026 at 3:30 pm in Nashville, TN. (Can’t make it? Study with us online!)
The Total Qualification Time for the Level 2 Award in Wines is 28 hours. This is made up of 17 Guided Learning Hours in our classroom (of which 1 hour is for the examination) and 11 hours’ private study.

WSET Level 3 Wines
This WSET Level 3 Award in Wines In-Person class is a 4 weekend course designed for wine professionals. Three modules per day, and tastings to accompany each module. Dates are: August 1, 2, 15, 16, 22, with the exam on August 29 at 11:00 am. Classes will be held Nashville. (Can’t make it? Study with us online!)
Each session will include a tasting of wines. Nearly 80 wines will be tasted in this course.
This qualification has a minimum requirement of 84 hours of study time, including 30 hours of classroom time with Southeastern Beverage Education. One should plan to study 50 hours, with the bulk of this study before the start of the course.

The Spirits track in WSET focuses on the paths that create spirits from around the world from raw material through fermentation, distillation and post-production. We taste spirits that reflect the best examples available, and learn how each individual responds to the drink.

The WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits will be held on March 27, 28, 29, 2026 in Nashville, TN

In-Person WSET Beer Courses
These Beer courses follow a proven method of carefully and deliberately delivering the most important information about beer at a specific level, then building upon that foundation as one progresses from one level to the next.
Registration for these classes must be placed 3 weeks before the start date for Level 1 and 4 weeks before Level 2 begins.
Your registration includes a workbook or a study-pack (for Level 2) all the samples we taste in class, and an in-person exam at the conclusion of the course sessions.
This is a Level 1 Award in Beer Class on Sunday, February 1, 2026 in Nashville from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The exam will be held at the end of the day.
This class includes all the contact time necessary for the qualification, which is a total of 6 hours, including the 45 minutes allocated for the exam.
